A watercolour/gouache. The image size of the original painting is 19 inches by 11 inches (280x490mm). This painting was exhibited at the Guild of Aviataion Artists 1993 summer exhibition in the Carisbrook gallery in London. The aircraft D276 was with 74th sqn in 1918. During this period it was one of the aircraft flown by Major E. Mick Mannock VC who, despite having sight in only one eye, scored over 70 kills before his death.
The picture was printed some time ago. There are a few left from the edition of signed copies priced at £30 Sterling each plus p and p. The original is already sold
